I’ve spent my entire career building relationships, leading teams, and helping people protect what matters most.
Before launching Hoosier Shield Insurance Agency, I spent nearly 20 years in high-level sales and finance leadership, helping thousands of families navigate some of life’s biggest financial decisions. Throughout that journey, one thing became very clear to me:
Too many people are underinsured, overpaying, confused about their coverage, or simply not hearing from their insurance agent unless it’s time to renew.
That didn’t sit right with me.
Hoosier Shield was built to bring something different to Indiana — honest guidance, real communication, and protection-first insurance advice built around people instead of policies.
As a lifelong Hoosier with deep roots throughout East Central Indiana, I care deeply about the communities we serve. From Muncie to Anderson, Indianapolis to Fort Wayne, I believe small-town values, hard work, and taking care of people still matter.
Family comes first in my life, always. Everything I do — both personally and professionally — is built around protecting, supporting, and creating a better future for the people I care about most. That same mindset carries directly into how I serve our clients at Hoosier Shield.
At Hoosier Shield, we don’t believe in selling a policy and disappearing. We believe in building long-term relationships, educating our clients, and helping families and businesses make confident decisions about protecting everything they’ve worked hard for.
Outside of the office, I’m an assistant baseball coach at Wes-Del High School, a fitness enthusiast, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people grow and succeed. I also enjoy playing golf, watching sports, and spending time around local short track racing. Leadership, discipline, accountability, competition, and community are a huge part of who I am — and those same values are built into Hoosier Shield.
